CIGAR America's Horse

Cigar was probably the most well known horse in the 1990's. Racing from 1993-1996 in 33 races, winning 19 of them and banking an astounding $9,999,813 in earnings, he quickly became a household name.

Most notably was his amazing 16 stakes winning streak which began late in his 4 year old season and continued on into his 6 year old season, meaning that for his 5 year old campaign he was undeafeted in 10 starts. Utterly amazing.
